Woot woot! Big home video news out of the Bigwest Macross panel at New York Comic Con: Anime Ltd has confirmed Blu-ray releases for both Macross Frontier and Macross Delta! NYAN! NYAN! NYAN!
It’s been a long road to get here. Back on Macross Day in 2022, Frontier and Delta were first announced for US Blu-ray through Right Stuf and Nozomi. Then at Anime Expo 2025, Anime Ltd took over both series. Now Frontier finally has a schedule.
Macross Frontier Deluxe Edition Blu-ray
- Pre-orders open: December 2026
- Release: Early Q2 2027 (think spring)
Where to pre-order
- UK/EU: All The Anime and All The Anime France
- US: GKIDS Store
I already have the Japan-region Frontier set on my shelf, but getting Sheryl, Ranka, and Alto out to fans everywhere without import prices is a big deal. No Delta dates from me yet, so I’ll update this post when I hear more.
Until next deculture! Yack Deculture!
